Daniel Kim is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Land Use and Tax Groups. Daniel focuses his practice on real property tax exemptions and abatements, property tax appeals, redevelopment law, and related real property valuation litigation.
Prior to joining CSG, Daniel was an associate at a boutique firm, where he focused his practice in representing property owners in eminent domain litigation, and related issues in connection with condemnation proceedings, including blight designation challenges, relocation disputes, and property valuation issues.
Daniel earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from Montclair State University. While in law school, he served as the Senior Managing Editor of Rutgers Race & the Law Review. Upon graduating law school, Daniel served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mala Sundar of the Tax Court of New Jersey. Daniel is proficient in Korean.
