Corporate Senior Associate Opportunity
We are Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC ("CSG Law"); a nationally recognized regional law firm rooted in excellence, teamwork, and inclusion. Due to continued expansion we are seeking to bring on board an additional Senior Associate to the Corporate Department, creating opportunity for a new team member to work alongside colleagues engaged in a full spectrum of corporate transactional matters for public and private companies.
The ideal candidate for this role must possess advanced (5+ years) transactional experience that includes managing/leading M&A transactions; and drafting/negotiating transactional documents, including merger, stock/asset purchase, operating, partnership and shareholder agreements. Experience in general corporate matters, securities related transactions (including private placements, venture capital, private equity and investment funds) and corporate matters relating to real estate development and joint ventures will also be considered. Excellent client skills, an ability to manage a legal team and admission to the NJ bar and NY are required; portable business is not a prerequisite.
