CSG Law's Samuel Newbold Named to EB5Investors' Top Immigration Attorneys list
Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is pleased to announce that Samuel Newbold, Chair of the firm’s Immigration Law Group, has been recognized as one of the top 25 immigration attorneys who handles EB-5 matters by EB5Investors magazine.“Over the past decade, (Sam) has successfully achieved expedited processing for numerous EB-5 projects and has served on the American Immigration Lawyers Association National EB-5 Committee,” the publication said. “He is the founder and creator of EB-5 Proxy; a blockchain based EB-5 fund administration platform that provides comprehensive end-to-end tracking and compliance reporting of EB-5 expenditures and job creation for fund administrators.”
Sam, who is also a member of CSG Law’s Alternative Capital Group and manages the firm’s EB-5 practice, represents companies from all over the country as well as multinational organizations spanning the globe, providing counsel on employment-based immigration matters as well as corporate compliance best practices.
Earlier this year, Sam was selected for inclusion in the 2022 edition of Super Lawyers – Rising Stars, which recognizes the top 2.5 percent of lawyers under the age of 40 who have been in practice for 10 years or less. He’s been included on this list since 2014.
