Trautner Jr., a Member in the CSG Law Real Estate, Development & Land Use Group, will speak at an upcoming New Jersey State Bar Association webcast, "No Need To Wait 'Til 2025 in Vacant Land Adjustment Towns." Mr. Trautner, along with additional panelists, will analyze the recent Drew University v. Madison case and address the question of what “settlement” means for vacant land adjustment towns.
